Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
Please ensure that all of your shipping information is correct and entered in English. Once your order leaves our hands, it is entirely in the care of postal or courier services.
As I run this small business on my own, orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days. I truly appreciate your patience and understanding !
Local (Singapore) orders
- Tracked letterbox service is available for local shipping $2. Please note that I visit the post office once a week (every Wednesday), so kindly allow some time for this option.
- Domestic orders are shipped via courier at fixed rate of ($5). Free courier delivery (tracked) for local orders above S$100!
- Delivery takes 2-3 business days after they are sent out
- Courier will contact you directly in case they need to reach you to get permission to leave items at door or re-deliver
- If packages are unable to be delivered and returned to me, buyers will have to pay for re-shipping the items.
International orders
- We ship worldwide. If you're not in any of the currently shipped destinations, please send us a message via Contact Us, and we would be happy to give you a shipping quote and work out something separately. More destinations will be added gradually based on demand.
- Customs and taxes are not included. Buyers are responsible for any customs and taxes required
- Buyers are responsible for ensuring that items purchased are not restricted for importing in their countries
- If packages are unable to be delivered and returned to me, buyers will have to pay for re-shipping the items
- Shipping is optimized with lowest cost in mind, so the delivery time could vary by country and order weight. If your order is time sensitive, please reach out to us and we'll help quote for the best shipping option for you.
Return & Exchange Policy
We generally do not accept returns on any items. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us with supporting photos, and we will work with our suppliers to find a solution. Goddess Grimoire is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, the buyer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees that may apply.
